  • Logistics: To protect the internal gear assemblies and cast aluminum frames, equipment is professionally crated or double-boxed and secured to reinforced skids for LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight.

Any transit-related damage must be documented on the carrier’s bill of lading to preserve freight claim rights, as shipping damage is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

  • On-Site vs. Carry-In: For commercial facilities, Skyfood offers a limited on-site warranty for products weighing over 70 lbs, provided they are within a 30-mile (approx. 50 km) radius of an authorized service company. Smaller units are designated as carry-in service.
