Delivery & Shipping Information

To give you access to the widest selection of equipment, we ship directly from our own warehouse in Brantford, Ontario, regional distributors across North America, and manufacturers worldwide.

Most of the brands on our site ship for free. Because your items may be coming from different locations, they might arrive in separate shipments.

1. Smallwares & Parcel Shipping

  • Delivery Method: Smaller appliances, parts, and kitchen supplies are shipped via standard courier (Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc).

  • Tracking: You will receive separate tracking numbers for each portion of your order as they depart from our various global facilities.

2. Curbside (Tailgate) Freight Delivery

  • Best for: Large equipment.

  • Service Level: The driver will bring the unit to ground level at your location.

  • Your Part: You are responsible for moving the equipment inside and handling the final installation. Please ensure you have the necessary help and doorway clearance ready.

  • Freight Damage: See Freight Damage Policy below.

3. White Glove Delivery

  • Best for: Heavy equipment requiring inside placement.

  • Service Level: This includes delivery and moving the unit inside your business to its final spot.

  • Note: White Glove availability varies by region. Please contact us if you need to confirm this service for your specific location.

 

Freight Damage Policy

Important: In the rare event your unit arrives damaged, please contact us immediately

  • Minor Damage: If the unit has small scuffs but is functional and you want to keep it, you must write "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. This is the only way we can submit a freight claim and secure a partial refund for you.

  • Extensive Damage: If the unit is badly damaged, refuse the shipment and do not sign for it.

  • Photos: Regardless of the issue, take photos of the packaging and the unit before the driver leaves. This is your best insurance for a quick resolution.
