Warranty Support & Information

Because we carry a massive range of equipment from hundreds of different brands, warranty terms and coverage lengths vary. However, you don't have to navigate these manufacturer policies alone—we are your first point of contact and your advocate.

How Our Warranty Service Works

1
Contact Us

If your equipment has an issue, reach out to our support team immediately. Don't worry about hunting down international phone numbers or manufacturer portals; start with us.

2
We Navigate the Brand Policy

Every brand has its own rules. We’ll quickly identify your specific warranty type (e.g., On-Site, Parts Only, or Depot) and verify your coverage with the manufacturer.

3
Get Back to Business

Our goal is to minimize your downtime. We handle the back-and-forth communication with the brand so you can focus on running your kitchen.

Important Warranty Notes

Coverage Variety: Some brands offer "Full On-Site" (parts and labor) while others may offer "Parts Only" or "Depot Service" (where the unit must be shipped back for repair). These details are listed on the individual product pages.

Documentation: Please keep your original order number and the unit's serial number handy. Manufacturers require these to authorize any service or parts.

Wear & Tear: Standard warranties generally cover manufacturing defects and mechanical failures. They typically do not cover "wear items" (like gaskets, lightbulbs, or glass) or issues caused by improper installation or lack of maintenance.
