Prática ovens include free shipping within Canada.
Standard delivery is curbside unless otherwise specified. Additional services such as liftgate delivery, residential delivery, delivery appointments, or inside delivery may be subject to additional charges.
Please inspect the shipment carefully upon delivery and note any visible freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Manufacturer Warranty
Prática high-speed ovens include a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects, parts failures, and pre-approved labour.
Prática also provides a 2-year warranty on heating elements, magnetrons, and the blower motor.
The warranty period begins from the original invoice date and applies to qualifying new equipment. Accessories, normal wear items, improper use, inadequate cleaning, and lack of proper maintenance are not covered.
Warranty service and replacement parts must be authorized by Prática. Proof of purchase and the equipment serial number may be required when submitting a warranty claim.
