• Component Integrity: The warranty covers mechanical and electronic parts, including wash pumps, heating elements, and digital control boards, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial usage.
• Service Authorization: To maintain valid coverage, all warranty-related service work must be pre-authorized by the MVP Group service department and performed by a factory-authorized service provider.

Exceptions and Exclusions

To maintain the validity of the warranty, the equipment must be operated and maintained according to professional ware-washing and plumbing standards.

• Water Quality Requirements: Damage resulting from excessive lime, mineral, or hard water conditions (in excess of 6 grains) is a primary exclusion. If water hardness exceeds this limit, an on-line water softening system must be installed.
• Chemical Use: The use of incorrect detergents or rinse additives—specifically those containing high levels of chlorine or those not rated for commercial dishwashing—can damage internal seals and will void the warranty.
• Improper Installation: Failures caused by incorrect electrical voltage, improper gas pressure (for gas-heated models), or a lack of a water pressure regulator (where required) are explicitly excluded.
