• Professional Installation: To maintain valid coverage, the unit must be installed and started up by a commercially qualified refrigeration company in accordance with the provided instruction packet.
• Component Integrity: The warranty covers mechanical and electronic parts, including fan motors, control boards, and thermostats, that fail due to manufacturing defects.

• Environmental Factors: Damage caused by operating the equipment in non-climate-controlled environments or areas with inadequate ventilation/clearance is not covered.
• Freight Damage: Any damage sustained during transportation is the responsibility of the carrier. Visible or concealed damage must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery to facilitate a claim.
