Constructed for durability and ease of use, this charbroiler features heavy-duty cast iron grates that are reversible, allowing for either level or inclined broiling positions to control grease and flare-ups. The stainless steel body and adjustable non-skid feet provide a stable and easy-to-clean workspace. For operator safety and comfort, it includes a cool-to-the-touch front edge. Maintenance is simple with an easy-to-remove, full-width crumb tray and an adjustable pilot light that can be lit from the front.
