• Manual Products: Manual equipment, such as the Dynacube dicer and manual salad spinners, typically carries a 1-year limited parts warranty. This ensures that the high-precision grids and mechanical components meet Dynamic’s rigorous quality standards.
• Replacement Parts: Genuine Dynamic replacement parts and accessories, including detachable shafts, whisks, and cutter blades, are warranted against manufacturing defects for the remainder of the original equipment warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Service & Support

Technical support and warranty repairs are managed through a national network of factory-authorized service providers across Canada. Exceptions and Exclusions
