For specific product lines like the Multi-Deck (MD) heated merchandisers, an extended 5-year warranty may apply to specific structural or technological components, reflecting the durability of their patented air curtain technology.
Service & Support
Warranty service is coordinated through Fri-Jado’s authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional and regular maintenance. Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as light bulbs, glass panels, and door gaskets, which are subject to normal operational wear.
