Shipping

All Pacojet products ship FREE from the Omcan distribution center in Mississauga, Ontario. Every shipment includes comprehensive shipping insurance at no additional cost to protect your precision culinary equipment. As the industry standard for micro-pureeing, Pacojet units and their specialized accessories are typically available for quick-ship delivery, though lead times may vary for the newest models like the Pacojet 4. Due to the high value and sensitive technical components, units are shipped via secure parcel services or specialized freight. Liftgate and white-glove delivery options are available across Canada to ensure your equipment is handled with care.

Standard Warranty

Pacojet equipment is backed by a manufacturer warranty that reflects its Swiss-engineered precision. Most current models, including the Pacojet 4, feature a 1-year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. Additionally, the high-performance brushless motor is covered by an extended 5-year warranty, providing long-term security for the most critical mechanical component of your pacotizing system.

Service & Support

Warranty service is coordinated through Omcan’s extensive authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Because Pacojet units are highly specialized, using an authorized service agency is mandatory to ensure your machine is repaired to factory standards. Omcan also offers "Preventative Maintenance Tune-Up" packages to help keep your system running at peak efficiency and minimize downtime in high-volume kitchens.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon following the specific operating and cleaning instructions in the manual. Damage resulting from improper electrical supply, processing non-food items, overfilling beakers, or using unapproved "third-party" beakers is not covered. Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as pacotizing blades, spray guards, and gaskets, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or unauthorized modifications will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
