CRES COR 1265-000 Bail Handle Kit for Insulated Cabinets
Improve the functionality and ease of transport for your CRES COR insulated cabinets with the genuine CRES COR 1265-000 Bail Handle Kit. This essential accessory is specifically designed for foodservice professionals who need to move heated or insulated cabinets frequently and safely. The kit provides robust, side-mounted handles that offer a secure and comfortable grip for effortless lifting and maneuvering, even in the most demanding commercial kitchen environments.
Each handle is engineered to mount 30 inches from the floor, providing optimal leverage and ergonomic positioning. A key feature of these bail handles is their drop-down design; they fold neatly to the sides of the cabinet when not in use, minimizing the unit's footprint and preventing potential hazards in tight spaces. This kit is a must-have for enhancing the mobility and operational efficiency of your CRES COR equipment.
Key Features:
- Effortless Mobility: Simplifies the lifting and maneuvering of heavy insulated cabinets, reducing staff strain.
- Strategic Placement: Designed to be mounted 30 inches from the floor on each side of the cabinet for ideal handling.

Shipping
All Cres Cor products ship free from the primary distribution hub in Milton, Ontario. Because these units are built for mobility—featuring heavy-duty casters and reinforced internal frames—they are shipped via specialized freight carriers to prevent structural misalignment during transit. Every shipment is professionally palletized and fully insured. Liftgate delivery is standard for freight shipments across Canada to ensure safe offloading at your facility.
Warranty
Cres Cor offers a tiered warranty system based on the specific model series. To determine your exact coverage, please refer to the individual product catalog page.

This top-tier protection applies to flagship models like the H-137 and H-138 series hot cabinets, as well as super-duty racks and utility cabinets. It includes a 3-year parts warranty and a 1-year labour warranty.
Silver Level Warranty (Standard)
This is the standard coverage for the majority of the Cres Cor product line. It includes a 2-year parts warranty and a 1-year labour warranty.
Bronze Level Warranty
This coverage applies to entry-level or light-duty units. It includes a 1-year parts warranty and a 90-day labour warranty.
Specialized K-12 School Warranty
Cres Cor provides an enhanced warranty for any equipment purchased for K-12 educational facilities, acknowledging the high-demand nature of school cafeterias. This includes a 5-year parts warranty and a 1-year labour warranty.
Service & Support
Warranty and technical service are managed through a comprehensive network of factory-authorized service agents across Canada, coordinated through the Milton-based support team. Most warranty work is performed on-site at your facility.
Note: Registering your equipment online and completing the manufacturer survey at the time of installation can earn you an additional 90-day labour warranty beyond the standard terms.
To initiate a claim, please have your model number and serial number ready. The warranty start date is based on the date of shipment from the factory unless a specific installation date is registered with Cres Cor. Using authorized technicians and genuine OEM parts is mandatory to maintain your warranty status.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon proper maintenance and storage. Specific exclusions include:
- Consumable & Wear Items: Light bulbs, door gaskets, and casters are typically excluded or carry limited 90-day coverage.
- Maintenance Neglect: Damage resulting from a lack of regular cleaning, accidental damage during transport within your facility, or improper electrical supply is not covered.
- Modifications: Any unauthorized alterations to the heating elements or control systems will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Documentation: All freight damage must be clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or repair claim.
