Because these units are precision-engineered with internal conveyor systems, gas burner tubes, and sophisticated motor assemblies, they are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Every shipment is professionally palletized and fully insured to protect the stainless steel chassis and mechanical drive components during transit. Liftgate delivery is standard for freight shipments across Canada to ensure the unit is safely offloaded at your facility.

Warranty

Nieco equipment is backed by a dependable manufacturer warranty that supports its reputation for consistency in the highest-volume fast-food and casual dining environments.

Standard Protection

  • 1-Year Parts and Labour Warranty on the entire unit from the date of original installation. This covers the conveyor motors, heating elements (for electric models), gas control valves, and electronic control boards against manufacturing defects.

To validate this warranty, the equipment must be registered with Celco Inc. within 30 days of installation. This protection ensures that high-speed operations—from burger chains to independent steakhouses—have the necessary support to maintain their cooking throughput.

Service & Support

Warranty and technical service are managed through a comprehensive network of factory-authorized service providers across Canada, coordinated by the team at Celco Inc. in Mississauga. Because automatic broilers involve complex moving parts and high-heat environments, all repairs and calibrations should be performed by authorized technicians familiar with Nieco’s BroilVection systems. To initiate a claim or request technical assistance, please have your model number and serial number ready. Using authorized service agents and genuine Nieco OEM parts is mandatory to maintain the validity of your manufacturer's warranty and to ensure food safety and performance standards are met.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon the equipment being installed and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Specific exclusions include:

  • Maintenance & Cleaning: Damage resulting from a failure to perform daily cleaning of the conveyor belts, grease drawers, and internal heating area is not covered. Grease buildup is a primary cause of mechanical failure and must be managed according to the manual.
  • Consumable & Wear Items: Coverage excludes items such as conveyor links (after initial wear), ignition electrodes, light bulbs, and certain gaskets that require periodic replacement.
  • Installation & Environment: Damage caused by improper gas pressure, incorrect electrical supply, or inadequate ventilation/hood systems is not covered. Proper airflow is critical for the safe operation of automatic broilers.
  • Operational Misuse: Damage resulting from using the unit for products it was not designed for or making unauthorized modifications to the speed control or burner system will void the warranty.
  • Documentation: Freight damage is not a warranty issue and must be clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or repair claim.
