- Mixers and Slicers: Standard protection includes a 1-year parts and labour warranty covering mechanical and electrical components.
- Replacement Parts: Genuine Marra Forni replacement parts carry a 90-day warranty or the remainder of the original equipment warranty, whichever is longer.
The warranty period begins on the date of installation, provided that the installation occurs within six months of the original ship date. To validate coverage, all equipment must be installed by a licensed professional in accordance with local building codes and Marra Forni technical specifications.
Service & Support
Technical support and warranty repairs are coordinated through a national network of factory-authorized service providers across Canada. Exceptions and Exclusions
