For assistance with product performance, installation guidance, or warranty claims, please have your product number, batch code (where applicable), and proof of purchase ready. 3M provides extensive technical resources to help operators select the correct water filtration systems based on local water quality and equipment requirements. Because these systems are critical to the longevity of your ice machines, combi ovens, and espresso makers, 3M offers direct access to water quality experts for troubleshooting.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is contingent upon the product being used and installed in accordance with 3M’s published instructions and specifications. For water filtration systems, the warranty does not cover issues caused by water quality outside of the system's rated capacity, such as extreme sediment loads or high chlorine levels that exceed the filter's design. Coverage excludes consumable wear parts, most notably the filter cartridges themselves, which must be replaced according to the recommended service life or gallon capacity to maintain equipment protection. Damage resulting from improper installation, freezing, or water hammer is not covered. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use voids the manufacturer’s warranty.
