Shipping
All American Range products ship FREE from their Oakville, Ontario distribution center. Every shipment includes comprehensive shipping insurance at no additional cost to protect your investment during transit. Due to the heavy-duty construction and high-performance gas components of these units, they are shipped via specialized freight. Liftgate and white-glove delivery options are available across Canada to ensure your equipment is handled with care from the warehouse to your facility.
Standard Warranty
American Range provides a robust manufacturer warranty that reflects the "heavy-duty" nature of their equipment. Most commercial models, including restaurant ranges, griddles, and broilers, feature a 1-year parts and labour warranty. For specialized equipment like deep fryers, the warranty includes 1-year parts and labour with an extended 5-year prorated warranty on the stainless steel fry tank.
Service & Support
Warranty service is coordinated through American Range’s authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Registration of the product within 30 days of installation is required to validate the warranty and ensure seamless access to the service network.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional (gas fitter or electrician) and regular maintenance. Damage resulting from improper gas pressure, incorrect utility connections, or a lack of routine cleaning (such as grease buildup in burners or pilots) is not covered. Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as igniters, pilot light assemblies, and light bulbs. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or mobile/food truck applications will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
