The MCC 36-4 utilizes Fri-Jado's innovative Hot Blanket holding technology, which, combined with hot air recirculation, maintains a consistent and safe holding temperature of 150°F or higher. This extends the shelf life of both packaged and unpackaged products, reducing waste and maximizing profitability. The humidification system keeps food moist and delicious. LED lighting on each of the four adjustable shelves ensures natural color reproduction, making your food look as good as it tastes.

Due to the high-precision components and weight of these units, they are shipped via specialized freight. Liftgate and white-glove delivery options are available across Canada to ensure your equipment is handled with care from the warehouse to your facility.
Standard Warranty
Fri-Jado equipment is backed by a dependable manufacturer warranty. Most core models, including their high-performance rotisseries and countertop displays, include a 1-year parts and labour warranty. For specific product lines like the Multi-Deck (MD) heated merchandisers, an extended 5-year warranty may apply to specific structural or technological components, reflecting the durability of their patented air curtain technology.
Service & Support
Warranty service is coordinated through Fri-Jado’s authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Using an authorized service agency is required to ensure your equipment is repaired to factory standards and remains under warranty. Fri-Jado also provides dedicated culinary and technical support to help you maximize the performance of your unit.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional and regular maintenance. Damage resulting from improper electrical supply, lack of routine cleaning, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as light bulbs, glass panels, and door gaskets, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
