Its full-serve, pass-through design allows staff to easily restock from the rear while serving customers from the front, ensuring efficient operation during busy hours. Engineered with Fri-Jado's innovative food holding technology, this display case guarantees food safety and quality. The patented Hot Blanket holding technology, combined with a hot air recirculation system, maintains a consistent and safe holding temperature of at least 150°F. Every shipment includes comprehensive shipping insurance at no additional cost to protect your investment during transit. Because Fri-Jado specialized equipment, such as rotisseries and heated merchandisers, is often built to order, lead times may vary. Due to the high-precision components and weight of these units, they are shipped via specialized freight. Liftgate and white-glove delivery options are available across Canada to ensure your equipment is handled with care from the warehouse to your facility.
Standard Warranty
Fri-Jado equipment is backed by a dependable manufacturer warranty. Most core models, including their high-performance rotisseries and countertop displays, include a 1-year parts and labour warranty. For specific product lines like the Multi-Deck (MD) heated merchandisers, an extended 5-year warranty may apply to specific structural or technological components, reflecting the durability of their patented air curtain technology.
Service & Support
Warranty service is coordinated through Fri-Jado’s authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Using an authorized service agency is required to ensure your equipment is repaired to factory standards and remains under warranty. Fri-Jado also provides dedicated culinary and technical support to help you maximize the performance of your unit.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional and regular maintenance. Damage resulting from improper electrical supply, lack of routine cleaning, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as light bulbs, glass panels, and door gaskets, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
