Standard Warranty: Most EFI refrigeration products include a 2-year parts and labor warranty and a 5-year compressor (parts only) warranty. Some small countertop or specialty units carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty with 5-year compressor coverage.

Service & Support: Warranty service is handled through EFI’s authorized Canadian service network. Customers can contact ChefStop for assistance with warranty coordination, technician dispatch, or parts replacement. Model number, serial number, and proof of purchase are required for all claims.

Extended Coverage: Extended warranty options may be available for select EFI models; please contact ChefStop for eligibility and pricing.

Exceptions & Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, electrical issues, or unauthorized modifications. Cosmetic damage or routine maintenance items are excluded. Some accessory items, such as wire shelving, may carry separate limited warranties.
