Shipping: All EFI products ship in 1–2 business days from the closest distribution center - Guelph Ontario or Vancouver BC - depending on stock availability. Freight and white-glove delivery options are available across Canada.
Standard Warranty: Most EFI refrigeration products include a 2-year parts and labor warranty and a 5-year compressor (parts only) warranty. Some small countertop or specialty units carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty with 5-year compressor coverage.
Service & Support: Warranty service is handled through EFI’s authorized Canadian service network. Customers can contact ChefStop for assistance with warranty coordination, technician dispatch, or parts replacement. Model number, serial number, and proof of purchase are required for all claims.
