• Compressor Protection: For these 5-year models, the sealed refrigeration system features an extended 7-year warranty on the compressor part.
• Ice Machines and Open Displays: These units typically carry a 3-year limited parts and labour warranty, with 5 years of coverage on the compressor and evaporator.
• Value Series (K-Series): Merchandisers and specific bar equipment in the K-Series generally carry a 2-year limited parts and labour warranty with a 5-year compressor warranty.
• Warranty Fulfillment: All warranty claims for Canadian customers are managed directly through the Calgary-based service team, ensuring that one point of contact handles everything from parts to technician dispatch.

• Ventilation Clearance: Most units require a minimum of 3 to 6 inches of clearance on the sides and back for proper airflow; obstructing this ventilation can lead to overheating and will void the performance guarantee.
• Improper Utilities: Failures caused by incorrect electrical voltage, a lack of proper grounding, or the use of extension cords are explicitly excluded.
• Environmental Factors: Operating equipment in ambient temperatures exceeding 100°F (38°C) or in non-climate-controlled environments is not covered.
• Wearable Items: Consumables such as light bulbs, door gaskets, and shelf clips are classified as maintenance items and are generally not covered under the primary warranty.
• Freight Damage: Any damage sustained during transportation is a freight matter. Visible damage to the packaging or unit must be documented with the carrier at the time of delivery to facilitate a claim.
