Motor & Gearing Guarantee

The core of every Brunner Anliker machine is a maintenance-free induction motor. These motors are specifically designed for continuous operation and carry a 5-year guarantee on both the motor and the internal gearing. This ensures that the high-torque power required for cutting up to 900 lbs of produce per hour remains reliable throughout the unit's lifespan.

Service & Support

Warranty and technical service are managed through a specialized network of authorized service providers, with primary support coordinated out of the Milton, Ontario distribution center. Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon the equipment being used for its intended commercial purpose and maintained according to the provided instructions. Specific exclusions include:

• Cutting Discs & Blades: While the discs are highly durable (often lasting 3-5 years), they are considered wear items and are not covered under the machine's structural warranty once they become dull through normal use.
• Cleaning Protocols: Most removable attachment heads and plungers are dishwasher safe; however, damage to the base unit caused by high-pressure hosing or submersion in water is not covered.
• Non-OEM Parts: The use of unauthorized replacement blades or discs can cause motor strain and will void the 5-year motor and gearing guarantee.
• Commercial Use Only: Standard warranties apply to commercial and institutional installations only; residential use or unauthorized modifications will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Freight damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery to be eligible for a claim.
