Constructed from a durable polyamide and polyethylene (PA/PE) blend, these bags feature a 90-micron (3.54 mil) thickness, providing an excellent barrier against oxygen and moisture to prevent freezer burn and spoilage. Their smooth surface ensures a perfect seal every time, locking in flavor, nutrients, and freshness for long-term storage in the freezer or refrigerator. These versatile bags are also suitable for sous-vide cooking, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 250°F. Proudly made in Italy, they are FDA compliant, BPA-free, and phthalate-free, guaranteeing food safety.
