Most Juneau models include a 2-year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. Additionally, these units feature an extended 5-year parts-only warranty on the compressor, providing long-term security for the core of your refrigeration system.

Warranty service is coordinated through Omcan’s authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Using an authorized service agency is required to ensure your equipment is repaired to factory standards and to maintain warranty validity. Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional and regular maintenance. Damage resulting from improper electrical supply, lack of routine cleaning, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as light bulbs, glass panels, and door gaskets, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or use in non-commercial settings will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
