Standard Warranty: Most Resolute equipment includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. Select refrigeration models may include extended compressor coverage.

Service & Support: Warranty service in Canada is coordinated through Eurodib’s authorized national service network. Customers can contact Eurodib for warranty claims, technician scheduling, or replacement parts. Model number, serial number, and proof of purchase are required for all claims.

Extended Coverage: Extended warranty or preventative maintenance programs may be available for select Resolute models. Please contact ChefStop for eligibility and pricing.

Exceptions & Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, electrical damage, or unauthorized modifications. Consumable parts such as gaskets, seals, and bulbs are excluded from coverage.
