The work surface is made from heavy-duty, 18-gauge Type 430 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The top is TIG welded and machine polished to a satin finish, providing a smooth, easy-to-clean area that meets high sanitation standards. For added safety and strength, the edges are hemmed, and the entire structure is reinforced to exceed industry standards.
