These food-safe bags feature a 3.5 mil thickness and are made from a combination of Polyamide (PA), Polyethylene (PE), and a food-safe resin (TIE), offering an excellent oxygen and moisture barrier. They are BPA-free, FDA approved, and TUV certified, guaranteeing the highest safety standards for your culinary needs. The wide temperature range from -40°F to 221°F makes them incredibly versatile for various applications, from blast freezing to gentle sous-vide cooking. Each bag includes a convenient EZ-Tear notch for easy opening after sealing.
