Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional and regular maintenance, including the proper cleaning of mixing bowls and spirals. Damage resulting from improper electrical supply, overloading the machine beyond its rated capacity, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Coverage excludes wear parts such as gaskets, belts, and specialized pasta dies, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or use in non-commercial settings will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
