Most commercial food machinery and preparation equipment include a 1-year parts and labour warranty. Smaller countertop "bench" items may be subject to a carry-in or ship-back warranty for specialized repair.

Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional and regular maintenance. Damage resulting from improper electrical supply, lack of routine cleaning, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as light bulbs, glass panels, and door gaskets, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or use in non-commercial settings will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
