This hotplate is built for durability and ease of use, featuring heavy-duty 12" x 12" cast iron grates, standing pilot lights for instant ignition, and a cool-to-the-touch front edge for enhanced safety. Maintenance is simplified with a full-length seamless drip pan that's easy to remove and clean. The unit ships standard for Natural Gas but includes an LP conversion kit for versatile installation. It is fully serviceable from the front, ensuring minimal downtime and easy repairs.
