For refrigeration products, Omcan typically provides an enhanced 2-year parts and labour warranty, with an additional 5-year parts-only warranty on the compressor. Smaller countertop "bench" items may be subject to a carry-in or ship-back warranty for specialized repair.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as light bulbs, glass panels, and door gaskets, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or use in non-commercial settings will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
