Most Kromo models include a 1-year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. This coverage protects the critical washing components, including the stainless steel wash arms and high-efficiency pumps, ensuring your kitchen maintains its sanitation standards.

Service & Support

Warranty service is coordinated through Omcan’s authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Using an authorized service agency is required to ensure your equipment is repaired to factory standards and to maintain the validity of your warranty. Kromo users also benefit from Omcan’s dedicated technical support and extensive parts inventory to help minimize downtime for your dishroom operations.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional and regular maintenance, including routine descaling and the use of proper chemicals. Damage resulting from improper water pressure, incorrect electrical supply, or poor water quality (scale buildup) is not covered. Coverage excludes wear parts such as light bulbs, glass panels, and door gaskets, as well as wash/rinse nozzles and filters, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or use in non-commercial settings will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
