Every shipment includes comprehensive shipping insurance at no additional cost to protect your investment during transit. As high-performance Italian cooking and refrigeration equipment requires specialized handling, units are shipped via heavy-duty freight in secure packaging. Liftgate and white-glove delivery options are available across Canada to ensure your equipment is handled with care from the warehouse to your facility.

Standard Warranty

Angelo Po equipment is backed by a premium manufacturer warranty that reflects its high-end Italian engineering. Most models, including their ACT.O and COMBISTAR combi ovens, as well as their blast chillers and refrigerated cabinets, include a 1-year parts and labour warranty. This ensures your high-precision equipment remains operational and meets the rigorous demands of a professional kitchen.

Service & Support

Warranty service is coordinated through Angelo Po’s authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Using an authorized service agency is required to ensure your equipment is maintained to factory standards and that only genuine OEM parts are utilized.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional (electrician, gas fitter, or plumber) and strict adherence to maintenance protocols. For combi ovens, the warranty may be voided if the stipulated Angelo Po cleaning chemicals are not used or if damage is caused by poor water quality. Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as light bulbs, door gaskets, and glass. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or unauthorized technical modifications will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
