Most core models, including their centrifugal juice extractors and citrus juicers, include a 1-year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. For specialized equipment such as the brushless motor blenders and high-output juicers, this coverage is often enhanced by an extended 2-year parts warranty and a dedicated 5-year warranty on the motor, highlighting the longevity of their induction motor technology.

Service & Support

Warranty service is coordinated through Omcan’s extensive authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Using an authorized service agency is required to ensure your unit is repaired to factory standards and remains under warranty. Santos users also benefit from Omcan’s dedicated technical support to assist with initial setup and routine maintenance troubleshooting for their juice and beverage programs.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional and regular maintenance. Damage resulting from improper electrical supply, lack of routine cleaning, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as light bulbs, glass panels, and door gaskets, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or use in non-commercial settings will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
