The RCTCB-48N features four highly efficient stainless steel burners, each with its own manual control valve, allowing for precise temperature management and energy savings. The heavy-duty cast iron top grates, combined with lava rocks, provide excellent heat retention and even distribution, creating those desirable char-marks and flavors. For operator convenience, it includes standing pilots for instant ignition, sectioned grates for easy removal and cleaning, and a full-width removable crumb pan. Adjustable stainless steel legs ensure stable placement on any countertop.
