Most Potis vertical broilers include a 1-year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. Additionally, some models feature an extended 2-year warranty on the motor, ensuring the most critical mechanical component of your rotisserie remains operational under the high-heat conditions of a professional kitchen.

Service & Support

Warranty service is coordinated through the authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Using an authorized service agency is required to ensure your unit is repaired to factory standards and that genuine Potis replacement parts—such as high-performance heating elements or specialized motors—are used.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional (gas fitter or electrician) and regular maintenance. Damage resulting from improper gas pressure, incorrect electrical supply, or a lack of routine cleaning (specifically of the grease collection and motor areas) is not covered. Coverage excludes "wear parts" such as light bulbs, glass panels, and door gaskets, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or unauthorized modifications will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
