All Krampouz products ship FREE from the Eurodib distribution center in Boucherville, Quebec. As the world leader in professional crepe and waffle makers, Krampouz products are known for their precision-engineered cast iron plates and heating elements. Because these units are often compact yet heavy due to their cast iron construction, smaller models are typically shipped via standard parcel services, while double-unit crepe makers and large griddles are shipped via specialized freight. Every shipment is carefully packed and insured to protect against damage to the cooking surfaces or internal components during transit.

Standard Warranty

Krampouz equipment is backed by a manufacturer warranty managed by Eurodib that reflects its heritage of French quality and durability. The standard warranty coverage is as follows:

Electric or Gas-Powered Items

These units include a 1-year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. This covers critical components such as the heating elements, thermostats, and gas valves used in their professional crepe makers, waffle irons, and panini grills.

Non-Electric Items

Manual accessories, such as spreaders and spatulas, carry a 3-month parts and labour warranty against manufacturing defects.

Service & Support

Warranty service for Krampouz is coordinated through Eurodib’s authorized Canadian service network. In line with Eurodib’s service policy, items weighing more than 75 lbs qualify for on-site service by an authorized technician. For lighter countertop units under 75 lbs—which includes most single-plate crepe makers and waffle irons—the unit must be brought to an authorized warranty service location for bench repair. To initiate a claim or request technical help, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Using an authorized service agency is necessary to maintain the validity of your warranty and ensure the use of genuine Krampouz replacement parts.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon the equipment being used in a commercial environment and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For Krampouz units, "seasoning" the cast iron plates correctly is a critical maintenance step; failure to do so, or damage caused by using improper cleaning stones or scrapers, is not covered. Damage resulting from improper electrical supply, incorrect gas pressure, or unauthorized modifications is also excluded. Coverage does not apply to wear parts such as indicator lights, power cords, or non-stick coatings, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
