The compressor carries an additional 3-year parts-only warranty. Select heavy-duty or modular models may include extended coverage on electronic components.

Service & Support: Warranty service in Canada is coordinated through Eurodib’s authorized national service network. Customers can contact Eurodib for warranty claims, technician scheduling, or replacement parts. Model number, serial number, and proof of purchase are required for all claims.

Extended Coverage: Extended warranty or preventative maintenance programs may be available for select Brema models. Please contact ChefStop for eligibility and pricing.

Exceptions & Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, electrical damage, or unauthorized modifications. Consumable parts such as gaskets, filters, and ice scoops are excluded from coverage.
