Standard Warranty: Most Atmovac vacuum sealers and sous-vide equipment include a 1-year parts and labor warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. Select heavy-duty or digital chamber models may include extended coverage on vacuum pumps or electronic boards.

Service & Support: Warranty service in Canada is coordinated through Atmovac’s authorized national service network. Customers can contact Eurodib for warranty claims, technician scheduling, or replacement parts. Model number, serial number, and proof of purchase are required for all claims.

Extended Coverage: Extended warranty or preventative maintenance programs may be available for select Atmovac models. Please contact ChefStop for eligibility and pricing.

Exceptions & Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, electrical damage, or unauthorized modifications. Consumable parts such as seal wires, gaskets, and vacuum oil are excluded from coverage.
