• 1-Year Parts and Labour Warranty on the entire unit from the date of original purchase.
• 3-Year Limited Warranty on core components for select heavy-duty models, specifically covering the high-voltage magnetron tube.

Magnetron & Component Terms

For many high-volume models, the warranty transitions in the second and third years to a parts-only warranty for the magnetron. During the initial one-year full warranty period, service is typically performed on-site for larger models. Compact or low-volume commercial units may be subject to a carry-in or bench warranty, requiring the unit to be taken to an authorized service depot for repair. Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon the microwave being cleaned and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Coverage excludes consumable and aesthetic items such as light bulbs, ceramic shelves, and plastic ceiling shields.
