Specialty configurations, custom finishes, or low-volume models ship directly from True’s primary manufacturing headquarters in O'Fallon, Missouri.

As high-mass commercial appliances, all units are transported via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers on heavy-duty wooden skids. Every shipment is professionally crated to protect the high-grade stainless steel exterior and sensitive refrigeration components. To ensure factory-perfect arrival, all units should be inspected immediately upon delivery before signing the Bill of Lading.
