• Cooking Equipment: IKON gas cooking appliances, such as ranges, charbroilers, and fryers, typically carry a 1-year limited parts and labour warranty.
• Fryer Tank Extension: For the IGF series gas fryers, an additional limited warranty often applies to the stainless steel fry tank if a leak occurs due to a manufacturing defect within the first two years.
• Warranty Fulfillment: All warranty service in Canada must be pre-authorized and arranged through the MVP Group service department in Montreal.

• Consumables: Wearable items such as light bulbs, door gaskets, and shelf clips are classified as maintenance items and are typically limited to a 90-day warranty period for manufacturing defects only.
• Non-Commercial Use: The warranty is void if the equipment is installed in a residential or non-commercial application (e.g., home use or a mobile food truck unless specifically rated for such).
• Freight Damage: Any damage sustained during transportation is a freight matter. Visible damage must be documented with the carrier at the time of delivery to facilitate a claim with the logistics provider.
