Earthstone 110-PA/PAG/PAGW Wood & Gas Fired Pizza Oven
Elevate your culinary creations with the Earthstone Model 110 Pizza Oven, a versatile powerhouse available in wood-fired (110-PA), gas-fired (110-PAG), or a combination gas/wood (110-PAGW) configuration. Designed for high-performance and authentic flavor, this oven is the centerpiece of any professional kitchen or upscale pizzeria. Its generous 43" interior diameter accommodates a high volume of pizzas, perfect for handling peak service hours with ease.
The oven's body is constructed from a 4 to 6-inch thick, dense refractory material with 80% alumina content, ensuring exceptional heat retention and durability. This is complemented by a secondary layer of hardened lightweight insulation, maximizing thermal mass for an incredibly efficient and stable cooking environment. The result is perfectly cooked food with consistent temperatures. The hearth features "Pierre de Boulanger" (Bakers Tiles), renowned in European baking for their durability and superior heat distribution, ensuring a perfectly crisp crust every time.
- High Capacity: Capable of cooking (6-7) 8", (4) 12", or (2) 16" pizzas simultaneously.
- Superior Construction: Features a thick, high-alumina cast refractory body and "Pierre de Boulanger" hearth tiles for maximum heat retention and durability.
- Fuel Versatility: Available in Wood Fired, Gas Fired, or a Gas/Wood combination to suit your kitchen's needs and desired flavor profile.
- Complete Package: Comes standard with a cast aluminum door, dial thermometer (digital for gas models), granite shelf, stainless steel flue adapter, metal pizza peel, and a protective hood cover and shelf apron.

Shipping
All Earthstone products ship free from the primary distribution hub in Mississauga, Ontario. As the premier manufacturer of wood-fired and gas-fired stone hearth ovens, Earthstone units are often special-order items due to their weight and custom finishing options. Because these ovens feature heavy-duty refractory ceramic bodies and can weigh several thousand pounds, they are shipped via specialized heavy-duty freight carriers. Every shipment is professionally crated and fully insured to protect the monolithic stone floor and dome during transit. Liftgate delivery is available for smaller models, but larger professional units typically require a forklift or crane for safe offloading at your facility.
Warranty
Earthstone equipment is backed by a comprehensive manufacturer warranty that differentiates between the structural stone components and the mechanical systems.
Refractory Component Protection
The core of the oven—the refractory stone dome and floor—is covered by a 5-year limited warranty. This protects against structural defects in the high-alumina ceramic material. It is important to note that small hairline cracks are a natural result of the heating and cooling process and are not considered defects unless they compromise the structural integrity or performance of the oven.
Gas and Electrical Coverage
For gas-fired and hybrid models, the following coverage applies:
- 1-Year Limited Warranty on gas burner systems and electrical components.
- 1-Year Limited Warranty on the digital thermometer and controller units.
This ensures that the ignition and temperature management systems are protected against manufacturing defects during the initial year of service.
Service & Support
Warranty and technical service are managed through a specialized network of factory-authorized service providers across Canada, coordinated by the support team at Celco Inc. in Mississauga. Because Earthstone ovens are specialized pieces of equipment that require precise gas and venting calibration, all warranty repairs must be performed by authorized technicians. To initiate a claim or request technical assistance, please have your model number and serial number ready. Using authorized service and genuine Earthstone OEM parts is mandatory to maintain the validity of your manufacturer's warranty.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon the oven being installed and seasoned according to the provided instructions. Specific exclusions include:
- Moisture Damage: Exposure to moisture can cause significant damage to the stone hearth. If the oven is installed outdoors or in a non-climate-controlled area, the enclosure must be professionally sealed and waterproofed. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
- Improper Curing: Damage resulting from a failure to follow the mandatory initial curing or "burn-in" process (gradually increasing the temperature over several days) is not covered.
- Fuel Misuse: Using unapproved fuels such as driftwood, coal, plywood, or wood products with chemical binders can cause excessive temperatures and structural damage, which is not covered.
- Cleaning Protocols: Damage caused by pouring water into a hot oven or using liquid cleaners on the porous stone surface will void the warranty.
- Documentation: Freight damage is not a warranty issue and must be clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or repair claim.
