During the first 12 months, the warranty also covers travel expenses for an authorized technician up to 2 hours (100 miles / 160 km) round trip from the nearest authorized service center.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon the equipment being installed and maintained according to the owner's manual. Specific exclusions include:

• Water Quality Issues: For steamers and water systems, damage caused by scale buildup, lime, or foreign material in water lines is not covered. Proper water treatment and regular descaling are required.
• Consumable & Wear Items: Coverage excludes items such as gaskets, O-rings, light bulbs, rubber feet, egg rings, and release sheets.
• Improper Cleaning: Damage resulting from moisture coming into contact with electrical components or the use of non-approved chemical cleaners is not covered.
