High-volume Core Models (such as the T-series and GDM glass door merchandisers) are prioritized for local stocking to ensure rapid 2–5 day transit. Specialty configurations, custom finishes, or low-volume models ship directly from True’s primary manufacturing headquarters in O'Fallon, Missouri.

As high-mass commercial appliances, all units are transported via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers on heavy-duty wooden skids. Every shipment is professionally crated to protect the high-grade stainless steel exterior and sensitive refrigeration components. To ensure factory-perfect arrival, all units should be inspected immediately upon delivery before signing the Bill of Lading.

Commercial Foodservice Units

Specific lines may carry a 5-year parts and labour warranty with extended compressor coverage.

The warranty period begins on the date of installation (not to exceed 39 months from the original ship date from the factory). To validate coverage, units must be installed by a qualified technician in accordance with True’s installation manuals.

Exceptions & Exclusions

  • Consequential Loss: True is not responsible for economic loss or profit loss, including the loss of food product or ice, resulting from a refrigeration failure.
  • Freight Damage: As with all heavy equipment, damage sustained during transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Any visible damage must be noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery to facilitate a freight claim.
