Shipping
Waring Commercial products ship from primary distribution hubs in the Mississauga and Woodbridge areas of Ontario. As a cornerstone brand for food preparation—renowned for their high-performance blenders, food processors, and countertop appliances—Waring equipment is precision-engineered for professional durability. Smaller appliances are typically shipped via parcel carriers, while larger items like planetary mixers and heavy-duty blenders are shipped via specialized freight. Every unit is professionally packaged and insured from the Ontario hub to ensure the motors and electronic components arrive in factory-perfect condition.
Warranty
Waring Commercial provides a tiered manufacturer warranty that offers extensive protection for their high-torque motors and mechanical assemblies.
- Standard Protection: Most Waring Commercial products are covered by a 1-year limited parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase.
- Heavy-Duty Blenders (MX Series): These units feature a 3-year limited motor warranty and a 2-year parts and labour warranty.
- Food Processors: All commercial food processor models carry a 5-year limited motor warranty and a 2-year parts and labour warranty.
- Specialty Coverage: Select medium-duty blenders (TBB and BB300 series) carry a 2-year limited warranty, while planetary mixers often feature a 2-year motor warranty with 1 year of parts and labour.
To validate the warranty, users should retain their original purchase receipt. While many smaller items are considered carry-in for service, larger equipment may qualify for on-site support through authorized channels.
Service & Support
Technical service and warranty repairs are managed through a national network of factory-authorized service providers across Canada. Because Waring equipment utilizes high-performance motors and specialized blade assemblies, all warranty-related repairs must be performed by authorized technicians to maintain the validity of the warranty. The Ontario-based distribution center supports this network with an extensive inventory of genuine Waring OEM parts, ensuring rapid turnaround times for critical kitchen tools.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon the equipment being operated according to the provided instructions. Specific exclusions include:
- Operational Misuse: Damage caused by overloading the motor, "dry-blending" without sufficient liquid (where required), or using the equipment for non-food applications is not covered.
- Wearable Items: Consumable parts such as blender jars, blade assemblies, drive couplings, and gaskets are considered wear items and are not covered under the primary motor or labour warranty.
- Improper Power Supply: The warranty is immediately void if the appliance is used on Direct Current (D.C.) or with incorrect voltage.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Damage resulting from immersing motor bases in water or using abrasive chemicals on electronic touchscreens is excluded.
- Documentation: Freight damage is not a warranty issue; any visible damage to the packaging or unit must be clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery to be eligible for a claim.
