We recommend that customers contact the ChefStop team to discuss model selection and receive current lead times. Every shipment includes comprehensive insurance, and due to the precision refrigeration components and heavy-duty construction, units are shipped via specialized freight. Liftgate and white-glove delivery options are available across Canada to ensure your equipment is handled with care.

Standard Warranty

Turbovac equipment is backed by a reliable manufacturer warranty that reflects its superior European engineering and durability. Most Turbovac models include a 1-year parts and labour warranty from the date of purchase. This coverage protects the high-performance Busch vacuum pumps and digital control systems that allow for consistent, high-pressure sealing in demanding commercial environments.

Service & Support

Warranty service is coordinated through Omcan’s authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready. Using an authorized service agency is required to ensure your machine is repaired to factory standards and to maintain the validity of your warranty. Turbovac users also benefit from Omcan’s dedicated technical support and specialized parts inventory to ensure minimal downtime for your food preservation and sous-vide operations.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon installation by a licensed professional and regular maintenance, including routine oil changes for the vacuum pump. Damage resulting from improper electrical supply, processing of non-food items, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Coverage excludes wear parts such as seal bars, silicone gaskets, lid pistons, and oil, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; residential use or use in non-commercial settings will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
