Shipping
All Veetsan products ship free from the primary distribution hub in Mississauga, Ontario. As a prominent brand within the Electrolux Professional family and distributed by Celco Inc., Veetsan specializes in high-efficiency commercial dishwashing solutions, including undercounter glasswashers and hood-type dishwashers. Because these units contain sensitive electronic control boards, internal plumbing, and stainless steel cabinets, they are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Every shipment is professionally palletized and insured to prevent damage during transit. Liftgate delivery is standard for freight shipments across Canada to ensure the unit is safely offloaded at your facility.
Warranty
Veetsan equipment is backed by a solid manufacturer warranty that reflects the brand's commitment to reliability and Italian engineering.
Standard Protection
- 1-Year Parts and Labour Warranty on the entire unit from the original date of installation. This covers all internal components, including wash pumps, rinse boosters, heating elements, and the digital interface, against manufacturing defects.
To validate this warranty, the equipment must be registered with Celco Inc. within 30 days of installation. This protection ensures that foodservice operations—from small cafes to high-volume restaurants—have the necessary support for their essential warewashing equipment.
Service & Support
Warranty and technical service are managed through a comprehensive network of factory-authorized service providers across Canada, coordinated by the team at Celco Inc. in Mississauga. Veetsan machines are designed with a focus on ease of service, featuring front-access components and modular internal layouts. To initiate a claim or request technical assistance, please have your model number and serial number ready. Using authorized technicians and genuine Veetsan OEM parts is mandatory to maintain the validity of your manufacturer's warranty and to ensure the machine continues to meet health and sanitation standards.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon the equipment being installed and operated according to the provided instructions. Specific exclusions include:
- Water Quality & Scale: Damage resulting from lime or scale buildup due to poor water quality is not covered. For the warranty to remain valid, the machine must be connected to a water supply that meets the manufacturer's specified hardness levels, often requiring a water softener.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Damage caused by a failure to clean the internal wash filters and spray arms daily, or the use of improper detergents, is not covered.
- Operational Misuse: Damage resulting from improper electrical supply (wrong voltage), incorrect water pressure, or using the unit for products it was not designed for (e.g., non-washable items) will void the warranty.
- Consumable & Wear Items: Coverage excludes items such as door gaskets, rinse arms (if damaged by debris), and plastic wash baskets.
- Documentation: Freight damage is not a warranty issue and must be clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or repair claim.
