Every shipment is professionally packaged and insured to protect the stainless steel chassis and door seals from damage during transit. Warranty

Standard & Medium Volume Protection

Menumaster commercial microwaves are backed by a robust manufacturer warranty designed to withstand the rigors of professional foodservice. The standard coverage typically includes:

  • 1-Year Parts and Labour Warranty on the entire unit from the date of original purchase.
  • 3-Year Limited Warranty on many models, which provides full parts and labour coverage in the first year, followed by an additional two years of parts-only coverage for the magnetron tube.
    To validate your warranty, the unit must be registered with the manufacturer within 30 days of installation.

To initiate a claim, users must have their model and serial number ready. For standard commercial units, service is performed on-site; however, compact or light-duty units may be subject to a carry-in warranty at an authorized service depot.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is strictly contingent upon the unit being operated and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Specific exclusions include:

  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Damage resulting from grease buildup or failed air filters is not covered. Daily cleaning of the cavity and filters is required.
