Due to the precision electronics in Eurodib’s cooking equipment and the significant weight of their refrigeration and warewashing units, shipments are handled via specialized freight carriers. Standard Warranty

Eurodib equipment is backed by a comprehensive manufacturer warranty that reflects its commitment to quality and innovation in the food service industry. The standard warranty coverage is as follows:

  • Electric or Gas-Powered Items: 1-year parts and labour warranty.
  • Ice Makers: 3-year parts and labour warranty, with 5-year coverage on the compressor.
  • Wine Cellars: 1-year parts and labour warranty, with 3-year coverage on the compressor.
  • Blast Chillers: 1-year parts and labour warranty, with 5-year coverage on the compressor.
  • Non-Electric Items: 3-month parts and labour warranty.

Service & Support

Warranty service is managed directly by Eurodib’s dedicated technical support team. For items weighing more than 75 lbs (34 kg), Eurodib provides on-site service through their extensive network of authorized technicians across Canada, provided the unit is within a reasonable distance of a service hub. For lighter items under 75 lbs, the unit must be brought to an authorized warranty service location for repair. When requesting service, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready to ensure a quick resolution.

Exceptions & Exclusions

Warranty coverage is contingent upon the equipment being installed by a licensed professional and used under normal operating conditions. Damage resulting from improper electrical supply, lack of routine cleaning, or unauthorized modifications is not covered. Coverage excludes wear parts such as light bulbs, gaskets, blades, and glass components, which are subject to normal operational wear. Standard warranties apply to commercial installations only; use in residential or non-commercial settings will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Cosmetic damage occurring after the point of delivery is not covered under the standard warranty policy.
