Standard Warranty

Omcan equipment is backed by a reliable manufacturer warranty tailored to the specific product category. Most commercial food machinery and preparation equipment include a 1-year parts and labour warranty. For refrigeration products, Omcan typically provides an enhanced 2-year parts and labour warranty, with an additional 5-year parts-only warranty on the compressor. Smaller countertop "bench" items may be subject to a carry-in or ship-back warranty for specialized repair.

Service & Support

Warranty service is coordinated through Omcan’s extensive authorized Canadian service network. For assistance with warranty claims, technical service, or technician dispatch, please have your model number, serial number, and proof of purchase ready.
